Start your day visiting Aix en Provence, the cultural capital of Provence, the city of 'Cézanne', greatly inspired by the countryside for his masterpiece paintings. The boulevards with alleys of enormous plane trees, the rich private mansions, the charming fountains and hidden squares and the lively café terraces make of Aix en Provence a must in the South of France! Your driver will take you for a short walking tour of this amazing city, full of Roman history and medieval tales. Then hit the road and enjoy a glimpse at the Sainte Victoire mountain, immortalized by Cézanne.
Then continue to Cassis, the “St Tropez of Provence”. Cassis is a charming village by the sea, snuggled at the foot of the tall Cap Canaille cliff and the white limestone coves. Enjoy a bit of shopping or strolling on the harbor, lively place of the local life. Its picturesque fishing port is embellished by nice shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can try their famous Pastis (anis flavored liquor).
