*Kindly note that a cloudy day is not a reason to cancel the hot air balloon ride. The decision to cancel due to weather conditions is determined solely by the hot air balloon company.
*The best time to enjoy optimal weather conditions is early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the air is calm and stable.
*The hot air balloon flight is entirely weather-dependent.
*Please note that the hot air balloon company reserves the right to change the launch site or cancel a flight up until the moment of departure due to adverse weather conditions, unfavorable wind directions, technical issues compromising the safety of passengers and the pilot.
*The company is not liable for any expenses (transport, accommodation, etc.) incurred by its clients in the event of a flight cancellation by the company.
