On Wednesdays and Saturdays, you have the unique opportunity to explore the vibrant local markets alongside me. Experience the region like a true local as you browse through stalls filled with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
After gathering the finest produce, we’ll return to our cooking lab where you’ll roll up your sleeves and prepare an authentic Burgundian meal. Under the chef's guidance, you’ll create a delightful four-course menu featuring 5 to 6 different recipes that showcase the rich culinary heritage of the area.
On days without market visits, we’ll dive right into cooking in the lab, where you’ll be welcomed with a warm cup of coffee or tea.
Once the meal is prepared, you'll savor the delicious dishes you’ve crafted, complemented by a selection of exquisite Burgundian wines. The chef will share insights into the local wine culture and teach you the art of food and wine pairing. Throughout the experience, the chef will pass your passion for gastronomy, along with valuable cooking tips, techniques, and personal anecdotes about the culinary traditions of Burgundy.
