Start off visiting the vibrant city of Marseille, the most multicultural and dynamic city in France. Discover the very new MUCEM Museum and the Saint John Fortress, a center for architecture and heritage (Optional guided tour inside this museum). Drive to the district of Panier, the oldest area of Marseille, a village inside the city. Then continue to the beating heart of this 26 century-old city, the emblematic old port. Stop for a little walk throughout the morning daily fisher market.

You will have the chance to discover landmarks such as the Center of la Vieille Charité, the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde. admire breathtaking views of the Phocaean city, the Frioul islands, and If-Castle.
Continue your excursion to Sormiou, a small port, beach, and seafood restaurants: this is the locals’ favorite Calanque. Continue to Cassis, a charming village by the sea, snuggled at the foot of the tall Cap Canaille cliff and the white limestone coves. Discover its surroundings through a scenic route taking you through colorful creeks of the seaside at about 400 meters high. Its picturesque fishing port is embellished by nice shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also the departure point for your boat trip to the world-famous Calanques and their breathtaking cliffs (Port Pin, Port Miou, En-Vau).
