If you are ready to get your hands dirty and learn numerous culinary tricks in the great Côte d’Azur atmosphere, this experience is made for you. Start the involvement at the market, and then head towards the kitchen where all cooking subjects will be covered, from classic French to regional Provencal, Mediterranean through to, different kinds of world cuisine, and the Art De Table. In order to guarantee a direct contact with the chef, classes are for small groups in a private frame. Very attentive to the clients’ demands, your chef will adapt to the kind of lesson you are looking for... during vacations, in a very casual way (without sacrificing quality); or focusing in a specialised topic to work on certain cooking skills. Generally taken in a half- day basis, we can also create a larger program over several days or weeks.
