Claudine Malbosc Espigue raise 60 Alpine goats at their farm, fed on AOC hay from the plain of La Crau and cereals. Their delicious and diverse cheese selection includes such magical names as the “Caphanais” (sold fresh, creamy or ripe), the “Pèbre d’Ai”, the “Gardian” and the “Tome d’Arles”. Farm visitors can of course enjoy free tasting.
